Do i need an appointment?
Because of Covid19 currently you will need an appointment. We have found we are better capable to handle the flow of customers in the store and comply with capacity restriction guidelines when we are working by appointment. Occasionally we may have same day appointments available, and the best way to find out it to call 336-667-5423.
Will you buy my wedding dress or prom dress?
The answer to this is a simple we're sorry, but No. We also do not consign any merchandise. All of our gowns are new, and purchased directly from designers and manufacturers.
Do you sell off the rack?
Do you special order?
Current styles can be special ordered in different sizes and colors to suit your needs. These garments are cut and prepared to the manufacturer's delivery schedule, which can range from 10 to 24 weeks for standard delivery. Rush cuts may be available for an additional fee imposed by the manufacturers; this fee does not include express shipping charges. Delivery times on rush cuts vary for each manufacturer. Please remember that "special order" does not mean "custom order" and will require alterations at an additional cost.
Do you have a payment plan or layaway?
Yes, dresses purchased off the rack can be held in layaway for 30% down and payments made every 30 days. Special orders require 60% up front and the balance is due when the dress arrives.
Do you accept returns?
No, all sales are final. We also do not issue refunds for merchandise being held in layaway. This final sale policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.
Do you do alterations?
No, We do not provide alterations in store. You can find a list of qualified seamstresses under the services tab of this website.
