Rental Ordering Policies
Ordering: We recommend that measurements be done/submitted 4 -6 weeks prior to the wedding, sooner for spring and fall weddings. We can still work on super short time frames, but caution that sizes can sell out for certain styles and/or colors the closer the order is placed to use date.
A minimum 60% down payment is required on each rental before it is reserved. Smaller orders are required to be paid in full up front.
Final Fitting: Rentals arrive in-store and are ready for a final fitting typically 2-3 days before the wedding/event. You will be notified by text message when your items arrive. All rentals must be tried on no later than 4:00p.m. on Thursday to guarantee the fit. Any balance due must be paid before rentals can leave the store.
Keep in mind that rentals are manufactured to fit a wide range of body styles, and will not fit like a custom tailored suit or tux.
When submitting measurements online it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Any persons not being measured in the store needing replacements due to being mis-sized will be charged shipping. Shipping charges must be paid before the replacement piece will be ordered.
Shipping charges are as follows:
Regular UPS $15.00+ (ordered by 5:00p on Thursday will receive on Friday)
Overnight Saturday Delivery $35.00 - $70.00 (ordered after 4:00p on Thursday and before 4:00p Friday will receive on Saturday by 1:00pm)
Bridal Traditions assumes no responsibility for instances when the shipping department is closed prior to 4:00p
Cancellations: We will refund deposits, less a $25 service fee for rental orders that are cancelled prior to going into production at the warehouse. No refunds will be issued for orders that have already gone into production, shipped, or arrived at the store.
Returns: All rentals must be returned between 10am and 6pm Tuesday following the event, unless instructed otherwise at pickup. There is a $50 per day late fee for each day the rental is late. If rental items are not returned in a reasonable amount of time the merchandise will be reported as stolen, which can result in felony charges for theft.
