Special order pick up policy
1. Orders can be picked up at anytime during our normal business hours: CHECK HOURS
2. It's recommended (not required) that BRIDES book a "Meet the Dress" appointment for wedding dress pick up. BOOK NOW
3. We highly recommend that dresses be tried on in store within 10 business days of notification to check for any manufacturer defects. In the rare case that defects are present we have a very short window of time to make corrections!
4. Items are required to be picked up within 30 days of notification, unless other arrangements have been made with the store. Failure to pick up merchandise or failure to communicate with Bridal Traditions will result in forfeiture of your items to the store to do with as they see fit.
5. Special Order merchandise is not covered by our insurance in the event of fire, flood, or other circumstances beyond our control. Storage insurance available to purchase for wedding dresses that are being stored on the premises beyond 30 days of arrival, please call the store for more information or if you would like to add the storage insurance.
6. ANYONE with the knowledge that you have an order ready for pick up at Bridal Traditions will be allowed to pick up your merchandise, unless we have been notified in advance not to release your items without your consent.
