Where we Hope to Inform and Inspire
Kaylee Davis married Dalton Trivette in September of this year, and she did so in a stunning gown she purchased from us. She looks amazing, especially in the breathtaking local venue: The Chapman Farmstead. North Carolina has so many views, so many vistas and these make perfect spots for wedding and bridal photo shoots. A Chapman Farmstead WeddingKaylee and Dalton had a rustic and timeless wedding, punctuated with a palette of white, olive, green and gold. They said private vows and then Kaylee shared a first look with her bridesmaids and family, including the bride's 91 year old grandmother. Between the prep time and the setting, there was plenty of time for frivolous fun, laughter and hugs. The entire day was special and came together beautifully. The Wedding Gown For An Autumn DayThe sleeveless gown has a deep V on both the front and back, a full skirt and tons of lace. Like the rest of her wedding choices, this one was timeless and classic too. We help brides make choices. It's what we do. Kaylee shared her experience at Bridal Traditions and we're always happy when brides turn to us and we have just what they need, especially after a search! Kaylee: "I honestly went into dress shopping not knowing what I wanted. I went to 5 dress boutiques in Charlotte NC, tried on over 100 dresses, and was so upset I didn’t find one. Then I went to Bridal Traditions one evening in sweat pants and a messy bun, tried on my gown and absolutely fell for it!! It was so wonderful!" We're so happy that Kaylee made her way to us and found what was absolutely supposed to be her gown. She looked so happy in it, in our boutique, for her engagement photos, and on the day itself. The proof is written all over her face! Congratulations to her and to her hubby Dalton. Ready to begin your wedding gown search? Click the button below and let's get started!

Bridal Traditions wants you to be discovering while you plan your big day. As you coordinate your wedding theme, colors, and attendants, designer Kanali K has created more lovely and flattering styles. Some are in deep, rich colors, while others lean toward the more nuanced shades. All of these styles have an element or two to recommend them and all are beautifully made and affordable. Here's a sneak peek! Gorgeous Bridesmaid Gowns in GreenShades of green aren't just appropriate for garden weddings or Christmas, although they would be perfect! Mixing any of these colors and styles among your bridesmaids can create a row of natural earthy beauty next to any bride at the altar. Bridesmaid beauties in BlueFrom a dusty blue to a deep navy, you have options, but we're particularly struck by the flattering waistlines, front slits, deep Vs and ruching. All of these details work well if you allow your bridesmaids to choose their own style, and they are comfortable to move in from vows to the party that follows. Ravishing Red Gowns for BridesmaidsFrom fiery red to deep burgundy, the Kanali K gowns make such a statement. The back cut out details, ruffles on the front and flowing skirts say elegance AND ease. Bridesmaid gown: Pretty in PinkAt Bridal Traditions, we love dusty rose, petal pink and moody mauve and you will too. Choose based on sleeves, overall style or a specific detail, but you cannot lose with any of these. We love outfitting bridesmaids along with brides, so consider these dresses from Kanali K and start getting excited! #bridesmaids #bridesmaidsdresses #weddings #ncweddings #ncweddinggowns #ncweddingboutique #bridaltraditions #wilkesborobrides #wilkescountyweddingvendors #bridaltraditionsnc
Julie & Brandon Johnson's Wedding DayAccording to Julie, she and Brandon met through his sister Wendy, but it was truly God that brought them together. "God aligned everything just perfectly for us to meet at the time that we needed to meet in our lives!" They were married on May 6 of this year at Greater Vision Baptist Church. The ceremony took place in the church and the reception in the fellowship hall and these two were surrounded by so much love! julie's BT Wedding GownJulie's gown was perfect for a spring wedding, with short sleeves, an A-line silhouette, and loads of gorgeous lace. She looked like a fairy princess - and admitted that her entire day felt like a fairytale. Above: Julie and her support team at Bridal Traditions trying on the dress that was her YES. Julie: "The staff at BT were very supportive and helpful with choosing a dress and helped provide me with a few options to try on/look at. The staff were exceptional in ensuring I was happy with my choice!" Congratulations! We wish this beautiful BT bride and her new husband all the best as they celebrate their first year of marriage together.
